Recently focusing on my Mandarin Podcast. I am very sorry for English Blog readers/ Podcast listeners…if I have any?

I am also extending some functions on my blog now.

🌕 Season: middle spring

Also Moon Festival

The Mid-Autumn Festival is a traditional Chinese holiday where families gather to admire the full moon, eat mooncakes, and celebrate reunion and harmony.

📍 Location: a quiet riverside town on the North Island, rarely visited even by locals.

Recently moved into a new home by the river, surrounded by beautiful scenery. Sunlight filters through the trees, letting me feel the changing seasons and warmth.

Current Status

  • Started recording my solo podcast, sharing travel stories and life observations
  • Continuing to write, making the website a place for documentation and exchange
  • Reflecting on the next stage of work and life

Started my podcast

The initial concept was to talk about my travel stories and to have fun laughing out loud.

Also wanted to explore my wild, imaginative thoughts—surely I’m not the only one with these ideas, right?

I also want to share moments that could move people to tears; after all, life is full of bittersweet experiences.

Being so used to consuming content, I had become rusty at picking up a pen or speaking freely.
The good thing is, this is a chance to learn again.

In the end, I can only do what I find fun, even if it’s just me doing it alone.

Looking back, starting this was my own choice.

Although I miss some shared laughter and resonance, life still goes on.

Don’t worry, my friend. I’m doing well—how about you?

I hope you’ll open the message in a bottle I left, just for fun.

It has now grown into a small tree, like a time capsule, hoping to thrive.

We can share secrets in a tree hollow, a secret base just between us.

Hoping it can hold someone too.

Resetting Again

Did you know? Every time you move to a new city, it’s like starting over.

Is this what it feels like to be a transfer student? For adults, starting over always comes with sunk costs.

Here, I want to thank myself for being brave and flexible—but also thank the people around me.

Because even when you’re alone, you’re never completely alone.

Sometimes, in a quiet corner, you can still feel someone’s faint light.

Take care, faraway friend.
